What to do if your Pet Dies at Home…

  1. Secure a container and put plastic down inside it then place a towel down for your pet to lay on.

  2. Remove your pet’s collar and please do not place any toys or blanket in the container.

  3. Place your pet in the container to carry him/her.

  4. After you have completed the above steps, please call us anytime between 8 am and 6 pm and one of our trained staff will assist you during your time of need. We will coordinate a time for you to bring your pet to one of our staffed locations during regular business hours (other arrangements can be made if you so desired).


What to do if your Pet Dies at a Veterinarian Hospital…

  1. If the decision was made to euthanize your pet, please inform us as soon as you are aware of your appointment time.

  2. Remove your pet’s collar and please do not include any toys or blanket in the container.

  3. We will make arrangements with you for the transfer of your pet from the Veterinarian Hospital.

  4. After you have completed the above steps, please call us anytime between 8 am and 6 pm and one of our trained staff will assist you during your time of need. We will coordinate a time for you to bring your pet to one of our staffed locations during regular business hours (other arrangements can be made if you so desired).
